Statement of Purpose:
The task of administering of a server consists of many complex components and points of potential failure. During my experience as a server administrator, I have learned to utilize the web, primary Google, to develop an arsenal of administrative tools, principles, and policies to keep our systems running at an optimal level. This article details many of these components for my own and guest reference. Hopefully, what I have to share can alleviate future headaches and provide new or experienced administrators with a useful toolset in their profession.
